Postage Rates
We're constantly looking for ways to reduce shipping costs so we both benefit from faster delivery and reduced expenses. We recommend taking advantage of our reduced and free shipping options where possible. You may be able to save by ordering more product, but less often, to qualify for free postage on every order.
FREE POSTAGE OFFER
We have two different Free Postage offers, one is for sample orders, the other is for bulk orders. So whether you want a little or a lot, we have free postage available for you!
SAMPLE ORDERS - If you're just grabbing a few loose packets to sample our famous Water Beads before placing a larger order, we will offer free postage. Providing all of the products in your order are listed as sample products and have Free Postage in the name, you'll pay nothing for postage! Please note if you have any single item which does not qualify for free postage, your order will be treated as a normal order.
Once you've received your order and had a chance to test out the products, please complete our Sample Credit form. We'll be able to issue a credit coupon for the vale of a sample pack to sue on your first full stock order. Please check the details before ordering samples to see if this will be of benefit for you.

LARGE ORDERS - When you're stocking up on water beads for your business, it an become a chore to calculate postage into your costs, so we'll send it for free! Problem solved! Any order over $100 will qualify for free off peak delivery Australia Wide! Large orders are often sent by courier, so we can't accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for large orders.

Express Postage Options
Express post is available on all orders with a packaged weight of under 5kg. We always use Express Prepaid Satchels via Australia Post for express orders. Under IATA Air Transport Safety Laws, certain products can not be sent by air or are restricted in some way. Due to the size of certain products or the fragility, we also exclude Glass Bowls and Market Seller Kits from express post. If you require express post on an excluded item, please contact us as we can send the order express, in certain cases, with a Road Freight Only label attached.
