Water Bead Sample Credit Request

If you've recently purchased a sample pack of water beads from this store, we're able to offer a credit to the value of the sample to use against your next full order. Please note we are only able to offer a single credit for each specific item purchased as a commercial sample. Only one credit can be redeemed per new order placed and a minimum order value of $50 ex GST and before postage applies to the new order. Please note this only applies to single packet samples with a reference to "Free Postage" in the item option. We're not able to issue credits for mixed pack or all-colour samplers unless an arrangement is made prior to purchase.

For example, if you purchased 1 Sample pack of Regular Rainbow water beads and 2 Sample packs of Regular Blue water beads, we'll issue one credit code for one rainbow and one for the blue pack. The two credit codes will be valid for use on two separate orders as only one code can apply per new order. The coupon can be used to purchase any items so you do not need to purchase more of the original item sampled to redeem the coupon. If you use the coupon to order more samples, no new credits will be issued for any samples purchased on an order where the coupon is redeemed.
